Our ISO9809-1 std  gas cylinder are manufactured adopting piercing and deep drawing method by billet.The raw material including 34Mn2V, 30CrMo, 34CrMo4, it can be filled with H2, O2, CO2, CO, Ar, He, etc. The outside diameter from 204mm to 279mm, the water capacity from 2L to 80L, the main common used type are 219(outside diameter)-5.7mm(wallthickness)-40L(water capacity)-15Mpa(working pressure)

The main manufacturing process is: Steel billet-cutting-heating-piercing-deepdrawing-cutting-spinning-heat treatment-external shot blasting-UT hardness testing-threading-hydro testing-stamping-internal blasting-painting-airproof testing-packaging.

Our Seamless steel gas cylinders are ideal for holding permanent gases and high pressure liquefied gases such as oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, argon and carbon dioxide. We can supply all kinds of seamless steel gas cylinders, and the nominal service pressure ranges from 8MPa to 50MPa, while the nominal water capacity ranges from 0.4L to 120L. Also, we can supply cylinders of different pressure, capacity according to your requirements. The majority of the gas cylinder is made of high-quality alloy steel material. They are widely applied in the chemical, metallurgical, mechanical, medical, scientific research and construction industries.
